With IPElog, Ipetronik offers a data logger for particularly high measuring requirements in the mobile data acquisition area. IPElog adds to the M-/S-LOG- and Fleetlog stand-alone data logger product family. The new data logger stands out by higher performance and enhanced features. These include twelve ISO 11898-2-compliant CAN Bus inputs, quick start with No Message Lost-Function, as well as a removable 1.8-inch-solid-state disk. GPRS/UMTS/3G/WiFi hardware and a GPS receiver are integrated for wireless data communication and global positioning. For CAN protocols there are optional CCP, XCPonCAN, XCPonETH, KWPonCAN and UDS available.

The MultiDAQ is based on the company’s M-Series modules, which have been proving themselves well for years under extreme conditions. In detail, it is equipped with 32 measurement inputs for connecting Type K (NiCr/NiAl) thermocouples, eight analog inputs for voltage/current that each have separately configurable dual supply sensor excitation (up to ±15 V, max. ±45 mA), and two frequency/counter inputs.

The new version features several optimizations and additional functions. Improvements include a faster start-up process and import capabilities for XCPonCAN and XCPonUDP protocols.
